ISME's Frank Mulcahy has been mixing it with FAS boss John Lynch over the past week about the quality of the apprentices which the training authority is churning out.

John Lynch, well-known for his colourful turn of phrase, was on East Coast Radio this week where he described ISME as "the Khmer Rouge of the business community." They have, of course, been previously dubbed "the paramilitary wing of the PDs!"
