Stuart Woods hit four goals for Trinity in their 5-1 defeat of St Patrick's, Drumcondra, on the first day of the Collingwood Cup Universities' soccer tournament in Belfast yesterday.

UCG also slammed five past Royal College of Surgeons and there was a winning start for hosts UUJ who defeated DCU 2-1, with goals by Reaney and McDade.
