Women golfers are to be complimented on their support for the NBCRI (National Breast Cancer Research Institute). Last year in excess of £35,000 was raised for this very worthy cause through the clubs of Ireland and former international Mary McKenna, who lends her name to support the cause, wishes to thank all the women for who took part. The NBCRI, a voluntary organisation which is based at the Clinical Science Institute, UCG, acquired a new biopsy procedure system last month.
