THE Irish Horse racing Authority (IHA) last night announced that Stanley Wolfe, general manager of Tote Ireland Ltd., is leaving his position at the end of next month.

Wolfe, formerly of Ladhrokes and the British Tote is leaving to pursue other business interests and feels he cannot continue to commit himself full-time to the position.

However. he has agreed to continue on a consultancy basis with the Tote until a new general manager is appointed. The announcement comes just a month after the IHA unveiled its first annual racing statistics.
