GOWRAN PARK stages a marathon eight race programme today with the Goresbridge Maiden suffering a divide. Local trainer Jim Bolger can win the Shell Unleaded Nursery with top weight Inishargy, who was out of his depth behind Gunfire at the Curragh last time out but who was not extended to bent Slightly Smooth at Dundalk previously.

Bolger and Kevin Manning may also win division two of the Goresbridge Maiden with Sadlers Home, runner up to the highly promising Nobility on his debut at Tipperary where the greasy underfoot conditions did not help him.

The first leg may be won by the Dermot Weld trained debutante Mubadara but Bolger does have prospects with Via Bolero - who ran respectably at Galway.
