The scorer of the winning goal in the 1978 FA Cup final, for Ipswich against Arsenal, finished his playing career with Colchester in 1985 and spent the next nine years driving a fruit and vegetable lorry for one of his brothers. He now works in a sports centre in Suffolk and helps out at Ipswich's school of excellence a couple of days a week.
