FRENCH rugby federation president, Bernard Lapasset, has delayed until tomorrow taking any action over prop Franck Tournaire for foul play.

Tournaire was seen on television kicking Irish replacement hooker Allen Clarke in the head in Saturday's Five Nations match in Dublin.

Lapasset said the match video also showed up Irish foul play which went unpenalised.

Coach Jean-Claude Skrela said: "We cannot tolerate this sort of behaviour but it's true we spotted Irish fouls which went unpunished. It seems the French always have to be cleaner than clean.
