MUNSTER COLLEGES SH A FINAL GROUP MATCHES: Thurles CBS 0-13 St Colman's 0-7THURLES CBS let the Fermoy school back into contention before hitting late scores yesterday.

Thurles led 0-10 to 0-3 by half-time, with Conor Hammersley and Stephen Cahill the main scorers. After Seán Maher put them eight ahead five minutes after the break, Thurles went 20 minutes without scoring while St Colman’s hit four points by Thomas Condon and Anthony Spillane.

Thurles sealed victory with a Stephen Cahill free and a point by Kevin Slattery.
