Joe Swail booked his place in the last 16 of the Thailand Open in Bangkok last night, but Terry Murphy only narrowly failed to complete an Irish double.
Swail defeated Dave Harold 5-4 after winning the last three frames, while Murphy was close to an upset before he was beaten 5-4 by Stephen Hendry, the world champion.
