DEREK RYAN reached the main draw of the Tournament of Champions in New York yesterday when he beat America's Marty Clark in the final round of the qualifying competition.
Ryan faces Mark Chaloner today, at the Heights Casino, in the last 16 of the tournament and is already guaranteed valuable ranking points. Chaloner is one of the rising stars of world squash after jumping from 53rd to eighth in the rankings in the past year.
