Ulster 29-13 London Irish:Ulster redeemed themselves with a bonus-point win over London Irish at Ravenhill tonight and with it kept their Heineken Cup dreams alive.

The first half was a tense affair with the visitors claiming a narrow 6-5 lead at the break. Andrew Trimble's unconverted try against Shane Geraghty's two penalities.

Veteran David Humphreys then found a gap and the Ulster try gave the home side momentum.

Neil McMillan scored another try to give Mark McCall's men a 22-6 lead. However, Gonzalo Piesi responded for London Irish before Paul Steinmetz's late try secured the win and the much-needed bonus point.

Elsewhere Connacht lost 35-22 away to Montpellier in the European Challenge Cup
