Ireland to face Barbarians at Kingsholm

Rugby: Gloucester’s Kingsholm will host an international between Ireland and the Barbarians, scheduled for May 29th, 2012

Rugby:Gloucester's Kingsholm will host an international between Ireland and the Barbarians, scheduled for May 29th, 2012. It is not the first time these two have met at the venue as they squared off there in 2008 with the Irish taking the spoils on that occasion.

Gloucester also hosted the Wallabies back in November 2009, a season which saw the England U20 team side use Kingsholm as its base. The match will serve as a warm-up for Declan Kidney’s Ireland side as they prepare for their tour to New Zealand.
