The winning score of 45 points by John D'Arcy, playing off a 10 handicap, represents a gross 73 - just one over the par of 72 for the course. In addition to four scores of 40 points or better two players had hole-in-one's on the day.

Ciaran Early holed out his tee-shot at the second and Paddy Byrne made an ace at the 17th. The target had been set the previous day when the president holed out his tee-shot at the 17th and followed with a birdie two at the same hole during his prize.
