This year's Portuguese Grand Prix will not take place after the Portuguese government admitted yesterday that the renovation work at the Estoril circuit would not be completed on time.The FIA had given Portugal a deadline of December 31st, subsequently extended to March this year, to complete renovations if the Grand Prix was to go ahead as planned this October.
