Dolan banned from sideline

St Patrick's Athletic manager Pat Dolan has been banned from the sideline for a month following his altercation with the referee during the televised 3-1 defeat by Shelbourne at Tolka Park 13 days ago.

Dolan will be forced to sit out all of his side's games between December 19th and January 20th in the stand.

Midfielder Robbie Griffin, who was sent off during the Shelbourne game, will miss the visit to Finn Harps on the weekend before Christmas.

Other players dealt with at this week's meeting of the FAI's disciplinary meeting included Richie Foran and Pat Scully of Shelbourne, as well as Bray's Dave Campbell and Kieran O'Brien. All four have been suspended for a single game.
