Former Cork City defender Danny Murphy has extended his loan spell at Dunfermline after quickly establishing himself as a first-team regular.

The 24-year-old full back was recruited from Motherwell by Stephen Kenny before Christmas and has played 10 games since arriving at East End Park. Kenny's successor, Jim McIntyre, has been impressed with his performances and the Murphy will now see out the season with the club.
