THE COMER Group, Dunboyne-based international property developers, are the new sponsors of Meath football teams, it was announced at last night’s county board meeting in Navan.

The sponsorship deal is for two years and while chairman Barney Allen would not divulge the sum of money involved, he said it was considerable.

Meath’s new jerseys will be unveiled at the next home league game, against Westmeath on Saturday, March, 6th.
