Eddie McMahon won stage two of the Tour of Fingal last evening over 42 miles at Clonee, and Simon Coughlan took over the lead.

At the finish, McMahon led in a breakaway group of 12 with Stephen Byrne second and Shane Baker third. But going into this evening's stage at Swords Coughlan has an advantage of two seconds over McMahon, with Patrick Moriarty another two seconds behind, third.

Monday's winner, Christopher Kimmage, missed the break and slipped to ninth, 23 seconds down.
