JOE MCGRATH, a distinguished name in Irish coaching, is headed for the biggest challenge of his career following his appointment to take charge of New Zealand's World Cup squad.
McGrath, a former manager of the Ireland youth squad, resigned his post of national director of coaching midway through last season, after differences of opinion with the FAI.
