For Derry, Paddy Bradley made a goal-scoring return after eight months out with a torn cruciate ligament, palming home from close range after 52 minutes.

But there was bad news for UUJ as Antrim and St Gall’s star CJ McGourty sustained a suspected broken ankle during the first half of an open and entertaining encounter.
