MAYO relinquished their FBD Connacht League title in a disappointing final at Hyde Park yesterday.

Mayo led 0-5 to 0-4 at the interval, but Roscommon had a goal from a Derek Duggan penalty two minutes into the second half. Five minutes later wing back Gerry Cregg weaved his way through the Mayo defence to score a second goal and put Roscommon in a commanding position.
