Both the All-Ireland hurling and football finals will be televised live in more countries than ever before. The GAA announced yesterday that the games will be seen live throughout Europe as well as America, the Middle East and Australia.

Centres in Britain, Germany, France, Holland, Poland, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Luxemburg and Switzerland will all transmit the action from Croke Park. Fox World and Fox Sports West, part of Rupert Murdoch's expanding empire, is providing the coverage for America along with the Madison Square Garden Network, PBS, Celtic Vision, and Setenta Sport America.
