IPSWICH TOWN confirmed yesterday that Irish midfielder Colin Healy has completed his move to the club from Cork City

IPSWICH TOWN confirmed yesterday that Irish midfielder Colin Healy has completed his move to the club from Cork City. The 29-year-old signed a two-year deal after completing his medical on Thursday and agreeing personal terms.

The former international trained with the squad yesterday and goes straight into Roy Keane’s squad for today’s pre-season friendly against Colchester. The deal is reported to be worth around €70,000 to City who will be back in the High Court on Monday in relation to their revenue debts.
