LONDON - The British Home Secretary, Mr Michael Howard, last night offered the US all Britain's available expertise on terrorist intelligence to help the FBI track down those responsible for the Atlanta bombing.

Mr Howard described the attack as an "outrageous" attack on a soft target. He was speaking at Heathrow Airport before leaving for the US and a pre planned meeting with top FBI officials.
