Finuge overcame the loss through injury of Kerry manager Eamon Fitzmaurice and the suspended Paul Galvin to win the title in Mallow yesterday by defeating St Vincent's 1-5 to 0-5.

Finuge led 0-4 to 0-2 at the break, before Tomás O'Connell kicked the Cork club's only point from play after 33 minutes. James Flaherty goaled seven minutes later. St Vincent's Kevin Goulding was sent off five minutes from the end.
