THE International Hockey Federation (FIH) announced in Brussels yesterday the members of the disciplinary committee who will investigate allegations of matchfixing arising from last month's Olympic qualifying tournament in Barcelona.

The five-member committee, which meets on March 2nd, will assess the veracity of Canada's claims that Malaysia and India arranged the 0-0 draw on the last day of the tournament, enabling Malaysia to qualify instead of Canada. The committee members are Peter Cohen of Australia, Steve Jaspen of South Africa, Pierre Belmer of France, Joaquin Dualde of Spain and Paul Litjens of the Netherlands.
