Wolves have agreed a one-year loan deal with Dutch side Feyenoord for Republic of Ireland international David Connolly.

Wolves have agreed a one-year loan deal with Dutch side Feyenoord for Republic of Ireland international David Connolly.

The striker will sign for Mark McGhee's side, subject to a medical, with a view to a permanent transfer.

Wolves managing director John Richards flew to Rotterdam to meet the 21-year-old on Wednesday night, and the club are now awaiting international clearance so that Connolly can face Swindon at Molineux on Saturday.
