ST COLMAN'S, Claremorris, cruised into the All-Ireland B colleges football final when they overran St Michael's, Roscarberry, in Limerick yesterday.

Corner forward Liam Weeks was a three-goal hero for the winners, who led by 1-11 to nil at half-time and then added three more goals within nine minutes of the restart to be 4-12 to nil in front.

The biggest cheer of the afternoon greeted the first score for Roscarberry, a point by their midfielder James Kingston after 40 minutes, and while the Cork side put in a strong finish they were never serious contenders.
