Chant of the week

"We are sorry."

"We are sorry."

- As sung by the crowd at the Fortuna Sittard v NEC Nijmegen game after their earlier unrepeatable chant about referee Eric Braamhaar's wife resulted in him storming off the pitch. Braamhaar refused to return to action until the crowd apologised (20 minutes later).

Fascinating footnote: Braamhaar's name means "raspberry hair" in English and rhymes with a rude word we are, frankly, not prepared to repeat.
