Ciaran Carey could miss out on Limerick's National League semi-final against Kilkenny next month. Carey was sent off after 25 minutes while assisting his club, Patrickswell, in their city senior hurling final win over Ballybrown by 0- 17 to 1-8 at the Gaelic Grounds yesterday. Two weeks ago fellow All Star Mike Houlihan was dismissed while playing for Kilmallock against the Well in the championship and he too might be unavailable to the Limerick selectors for the league semis. The County Board will hear both referees' reports tomorrow.
