Britain succumbed to a 17-12 defeat in the first Rugby League Test against New Zealand in Auckland yesterday. They led 12-4 with nine minutes to go but then Leeds forward Adrian Morley was sinbinned for holding down in a tackle. The Lions then found the extra man too much to handle as John Timu scored two late tries.
