Deirdre Bradshaw is the champion of the Donabate women. Playing off a handicap of eight, she had a memorable season during which she won four major trophies - the Challenge Cup, Ferguson Cup, Molly Condon Trophy and, partnered by Jacqui O'Beirne, the Ladies Club Foursomes. Bradshaw, who reached three other finals, also represented her club in the Ladies Senior Cup and the Irish Mixed Foursomes. Before her sons Harry (4) and Conor (18 months) were born, Bradshaw played off five. But family commitments curtailed her golf for the past few years. This year, however, she has bounced back to her best form and has had her most successful season.
