THERE were high hopes last night that the course bookmakers would be back in action this afternoon. A meeting has been arranged for 8 o'clock this morning at the Department of Agriculture at which terms to settle the dispute over the Leopardstown betting shop will be put to representatives of both the Irish Horseracing Authority and the Irish National Bookmakers Association.
