A multimedia interactive terminal, Intouch, was launched yesterday in Temple Bar, Dublin, by AIB. The new touch screen terminal allows customers access information obtain printed mortgage illustrations and interact face to face with customer service representatives via a video phone link. A similar terminal is planned for Blanchardstown in the near future.
