Madam, - Let's give credit where credit is due - everyone always seems to be knocking Ryanair - well my experience on a recent return flight to Milan was first class, from their efficiency, friendliness, punctuality and comfort to the fact that everyone disembarked five minutes after touchdown and our bags were awaiting us on the carousel.
