Madam, – Over the past few weeks we were assailed by messages from serious-looking Ministers about the Budget and cut-backs. But to my amazement and anger we received a full-colour Christmas card complete with sickly verse in an Oireachtas envelope, from Minister Roche. What is it about reality that these people do not understand?
