Sir, – David Wilson (December 6th) cites the request to abolish the Dáil prayer and Ulster rugby players introducing prayer to their lives and wants to “watch and see which of the two institutions performs better”. We’ve had a prayer said before every Dáil session over the past 10 years. How did that work out? – Yours, etc,
