SAN CRISTOBAL Representatives of Mexico's indigenous groups convened by Zapatista rebel leaders have agreed to press the government for autonomous territory and a new national constitution. Political observers predicted however that the government it would refuse outright to even consider giving indigenous groups territorial autonomy.
