Dublin-based mobile services firm Zamano announced today it intends to seek admission to Dublin's IEX market by the end of February.
The company, which floated on London's AIM market last year, said turnover and profits for 2006 were in line with expectations.
It also confirmed that director Seán Mac Réamoinn has resigned from the board after seven years with the company.
Zamano, which specialises in SMS mobile platforms and applications, placed second in the Deloitte Fast 50 Rising Star competition in 2005.
