A Zairean refugee accused of attacking gardai during a search of his home was served with a book of evidence yesterday. Mr Belmondo Wantete (25), of Rafter's Road, Drimnagh, appeared in Dublin District Court charged with two counts of assault on May 1st. Judge Miriam Malone remanded the defendant to appear again on July 23rd.
