A 17-year-old remains in hospital after being shot early on Saturday morning.
The shooting happened at Craeval Park, Moyross. The victim was approached by two men wearing balaclava, one armed with a sawn-off shotgun.
The victim was shot twice receiving serious injuries to his shoulder and back. He is being treated in Limerick Regional Hospital.
