A 17 year old youth was charged at the Special Criminal Court in Dublin yesterday with having explosives in Co Monaghan last year. The youth, who cannot be named, was charged with having explosives at Tattyboy, Inniskeen, Co Monaghan, on two separate occasions, November 7th and 10th last year.
He was remanded on independent bail of £20,000 and his own bail of £1,000 until June 11th.
