Gardaí in Waterford are investigating the fatal stabbing of a teenage man this morning.
The 18-year-old youth, from Ardmore Park in Ballybeg, was stabbed a number of times at a house at Woodlawn Grove at around 4.00 a.m.
He was brought to Waterford General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The area has been sealed off for a forensic examination.
There were no arrests, but gardaí say they are following a definite line of inquiry.
