Relatives of two apparently love stricken teenagers who disappeared from Athlone 10 days ago were reunited with them in Cork last night. The teenagers were none the worse for their adventure.
The two, Sandra Francis (15), of St Paul's Terrace, Athlone, and her boyfriend, Michael Purtill (16), of Cherryfield, Athlone, were spotted by security guards at Roches Stores supermarket in Patrick Street, Cork, yesterday afternoon, after which gardai were alerted.
