MOSCOW - President Yell sin expects to sign a "grand treaty" with Ukraine tomorrow that will provide a new start after years of frosty relations, the Kremlin press service said yesterday.
After a briefing by the Prime Minister, Mr Viktor Chernomyrdin, Mr Yeltsin said he was satisfied with agreements the Prime Minister signed in Kiev on Wednesday.
