Moscow - President Yeltsin yesterday signed a law on religious freedoms in Russia which has been condemned as discriminatory by the United States and by rights groups. Supporters of the law, including the Orthodox Church, say it will help clamp down on the sects which have poured into Russia since the collapse of communism.
