Yeltsin not to speak on rouble

Moscow - President Yeltsin, who is in the fifth week of his summer holiday, has no immediate plans to speak in public about the country's economic crisis, the Kremlin has said. Mr Yeltsin has not made any public statement since Russia floated the rouble on Monday.
