WASHINGTON - The Russian President, Mr Boris Yeltsin, may undergo a coronary bypass operation as early as next week, the US heart surgeon Mr Michael DeBakey said yesterday. The cardiologist, who will oversee the operation, said he had been in close contact with the team of Russian surgeons that will perform the operation.
