MOSCOW - President Yeltsin began talks in the Kremlin yesterday with the French Prime Minister, Mr Lionel Jospin, who was on his first visit outside the European Union since assuming office in June.
Mr Jospin, in Moscow for a three-day visit, was expected to focus on boosting Franco-Russian economic co-operation during talks with Russian officials. - (AFP)
