A literary award worth £3,000 is to be inaugurated at the 25th Listowel Writers' Week. The week starts on May 15th.
Called the Kerry Ingredients Book of the Year Award, it will be confined to works of fiction published by Irish companies and written by Irish writers.
The award also carries £500 for the winning publisher.
